I had no issues on my last 2 TVs from them plugging in the warranty info.

LGs actual warranty does not care if the dealer is authorized- you can tell by reading the actual warranty instead of the nonsense website.

(that said- GT doesn't sell anything itself, it's a middle man for authorized dealers)

Check on their site. They do offer extended warranty but I never used it.
