Cardcash [cardcash.com] has Target eGift Cards on sale from 8-10% Off. Save an additional 2% w/ code TARGETDEAL code expired. Usually codes are received within 5 minutes.

NOTE on Cardcash: Buy only what you can use within 45 day guarantee window, these are are not recommended for gifting but are great for personal use.

But because of the nature of the gift card reseller market - if there is an issue, please send an email to [email protected]. CardCash buys gift cards from ordinary gift card owners who may choose to continue to use the card's value fraudulently. You should test the gift cards as soon as you receive them and consume or transfer the value (ability to do this will vary by merchant) soon after. CardCash offers a 45 day money back guarantee.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Buy a card from Target and load it to your Target account. Merge the balance from these discount cards to your new Target card (make this your primary) Now you shouldn't have to worry about 45 day window (only you know PIN on the primary)
I guess Cardcash is a reputable merchant and will refund you the money if the GCs are duds. There is one thing that folks need to realize. Even if the GC are good at the present time, they could be invalidated in the future due to CC chargebacks if these GCs were bought with stolen CCs (big problem on EBay). Case in point, bought Southwest GCs on EBay. Got future tickets on SW. A chargeback occurred, so the original merchant invalidated these GCs and SW cancelled my tickets bought with these GCs.

If this can happen on EBay, I assume no vendor is immune to this fraud. Fraudulent individual sellers can perpetuate this on any GC reselling vendors. Word to the wise!

Learned 3 things when buying GCs from resellers...

1. Use the GC quickly in full.
2. Don't buy stuff that can be invalidated later like future tickets, membership dues, products that need periodic activations and can be blacklisted at a later date preventing its use, etc..Don't buy GCs at too good to be true discounts for say, prepaid cellular service where the carrier has the ability to take away your phone number that is important to you.
3. Leave no way for Target (or whoever) to trace the purchase back to you. Online orders can be traced back to your address. Using both GCs and your CC on a purchase allows the merchant to trace you. They could ban you, send you to collections, etc Don't apply these GCs to your main online account which has your name, phone, address..

None of the bad things will happen generally if you buy from reputable resellers themselves, but you might want to take a few minutes and evaluate your risks and mitigate them if buying from third party resellers where individuals list their GCs for resale.

This is more of a PSA. I have bought from Cardcash and never had an issue.
My $300 PayPal order was "flagged by our fraud systems as high risk" and canceled, but it still hit my credit card. Will need to make sure this charge is removed.

Looking at the dunkin deals for 15% off and curious as to why the site warns us that it can't be loaded into the app... If it has a code and pin, what's the difference?

I also doubt that this is promotional value like the TMO Tuesdays' more recent $2 credits...

You'll have to log into the website, I haven't seen the option through the app. You will also need to create a reloadable card with the website, it's been a long time since I've done that so you'll have to figure it out, but it basically creates a giftcard on your account that won't be deleted at a 0 balance and you can merge them onto it.

Once you have a primary card set up you can just click the + symbol and it will allow you to add the information of the gift card you want to merge.

Because sometimes you'll buy Dunkin' gift cards from them that can't be added to the app. I'm not sure why, maybe someone already added it and then they sold it. But this has happen to me. Twice in about a dozen gift cards I've bought from them. And it sucks because you lose out on the rewards of buying coffee from the app.
