It's misleading not to list the actual seller of the item which isn't Amazon but rather "Ooni USA". Ooni USA is rated 86% feedback over the last 90 days. Here's a link to their full feedback profile[amazon.com]. They have 91 ratings over the last year and 414 lifetime ratings.
Listing as Amazon is appropriate since the item is fulfilled by Amazon.
Are you concerned because you think the Amazon return policy won't apply?
I like to know from whom I am purchasing the product. In this case the company OOni USA and the product both have a fakespot C rating and the company also has very poor feedback from other customers (in the 80-90% range.. This makes me question whether these reviews are legitimate and whether the company provides appropriae customer support. That's especially important because I'm not going to use this product until it warms up, after the amazon return period has concluded in 30 days.

So, none of these would be different were Amazon listed as a seller. It would be the same manufacturer, the same prime shipping, and the same crappy product, wouldn't it?

I don't have experience with this specific product but these third party items are often generic products produced in the same factory, rebranded, and then resold by various third party merchants on amazon either indepdently (sold by merchant, fulfilled by merchant) or through amazon fulfillment (sold by merchant, fulfilled by amazon with prime shipping).
If an item is selling well and has a low return rate (among other metrics), Amazon will further vet, acquire, and sell it themselves as indicated by "sold and fulfilled by Amazon." At this point I know the product has met standards for customer satisfaction and product quality ...otherwise I don't waste my time with generic rebranded products like this one sold by third parties.
I'm assuming Ooni USA is the manufacturer and I received my oven with no issues. I can't speak to Ooni customer service because I don't have a need. I'm assuming that Amazon would have helped if I did though. So far I love the oven and am happy with the purchase.

answer is steeve isnt able to wrap his head around the idea that "fulfilment by amazon" means for all intents and purposes youre buying it straight from amazon. There is no discernable difference in purchase or return process from a product with amazon as the seller.

I'm exiting this thread because I'm not buying the product and I've already made my (downvoted) comments about the poor reputation of the seller "Ooni USA."
