Update: So the Go-To functionality in my Kindle Paperwhite still shows only Volumes 1-70 without the titles listed, but there is a 50 page Table of Contents after the book's cover page which when navigating through and clicking on a title will take you to the volume that title is included in. The volumes then individually have their own Table of Contents which you will also need to click through to get to the title you want. Probably the most you could ask for given the colossal number of pages and 50 cent asking price and likely an appreciated QoL improvement over previous editions.
