You are comparing the wrong model. It's 3600 not 2600 and b450 not a320. This is the lowest price that I've seen for this model.
1999? 64 MB was the norm in 99. I know, I paid $2k back then for a computer with that config.

About $75 more than the black friday deal.

edit: this is ryzen 5 3600, not ryzen 5 2600. so my statement above is invalid!

Is it good for some normal games?
I'd say the biggest factors are your monitor's resolution, the refresh rate you are trying to play at, and of course which games and at what settings you are trying to play. It's really tough to say if this will work for you without further details. But if I had to guess, I'd say it'll be good enough.

Please let me know if this would be good enough for Adobe Premiere Pro CC/ clip editing?

I have a 2k 144hz monitor. Is it worth to spend around $1k+ for a 2080?

I'm not a daily gamer. I just want to start gaming since my work is stressful. I can afford that but I'd think it may overkill?

Definitely give this a try first, and if you find you really want to play with higher graphics or more fps, then you can decide upgrade after.
