Thanks but no thanks.. I've gotten better deals for fuel impact and hamer drill set with batteries included. This seems to be a case of inflated "list prices"
I've been watching for the 3/8 stubby impact since Christmas. This deal is more than it has been, but I was getting impatient. I was able to get the stubby impact and the 3" cutting wheel for $250. I think not having tax is what pushed it over for me.

The list prices are MSRP, the prices they show are the usual retail price. It's really only a decent deal if you want the stubby impacts, which are rarely on sale from authorized sellers. If you don't care about them coming from an authorized seller, you can find them cheaper on ebay.
There is no M12 7 1/4 saw (M12 is the 12v line, not the M18 18v line).
There is m18 $150 off $499, so got the chop saw + a fan. I went to cpo to get no tax. Acme has tax in fl. Been waiting a long time for the 7 1/4 mite saw.
3/8 stubby is a great tool. If you can get it delivered under $150 is good. Also the hydraulic impact, I'm guessing you mean the surge, is nice and quiet but lacks the power/torque of the brushless one.

I have to say I'm not impressed with the Surge. I have mostly Dewalt 20v tools and have expanded to M12 for the ratchet and stubby impact. I picked up the Surge impact because it was supposed to be a smoother quieter tool. I actually think my 20v impact driver is quieter.

He's averaging the two prices. He paid $260 for both which is how he's getting his $130 each number.
If you look at it that way mine was "$125" with the cut off wheel.
Your $143 price is right. That is about what they go for open box on eBay, maybe slightly less, so I decided to finally bite.
