    When my orders were canceled in the past my billing email address did not match the email address on my account. As soon as those were the same then my orders went through.

    I've had my orders cancelled in the past. They have become much more strict on making sure all of the information on the order matches (e.g. order name, credit card name, address) the membership information.

    Do you mean 20% off on the already reduced Costco prices? Cos this is almost 15% off regular price. If it's only 5% then I guess it's okay to get at this time of the year and you can't wait another 11 months.
