Your post is ridiculous. There is one review that states the directions were missing. Nothing to do with no proper building instructions. Also how do you tell wood is cheap from a picture. All the reviews say it's a study piece of furniture.

A trundle generally refers to a type of "roll out" or "pull out bed" that comes out from underneath another bed. It's usually just a bed frame and it requires it's own separate mattress.

In the photo for this bed, the trundle bed is the bed that's slightly underneath the bottom bunk and has the all green mattress.

Hope that helps!

I just got one very similar to this but with steps and drawers on the side. Steps vs ladder added an extra $50-75 on top of this so mine came to like $420.

Now, these come in huge long and heavy boxes, mine came in three. They are heavy so keep that in mind carrying inside.

Wood is pine which is good but craftmanship , don't expect much. Sharp corners very basic look, not aestatic stuff but also does not look bad at all. Just grab some of those corner protector foams with adhesives from amazon and stick to all sharp edges and sides.

I purchased some of those Zinus distressed mattresses and that was like $100 for 3 new twins, very happy with that purchase as well.

However, even rooms to go bunk beds were crafted better so keep in mind.

Seeing the first guy being bashed, need to add this;

One part was missing and my walmart seller sent 2 wrong tool boxes. At third, I assume they had no other option but to ship me the very first box of the three since that part was in that box. I felt terrible discarding all extra wood since could not anything with them.

Nice looking design would have been better if it was metal instead of wood. This thing is extremely heavy if this was metal would be way lighter.
3 twin beds weighing 150 lbs is not extremely heavy, but agree to disagree. My queen frame weighs more than that, for one bed.
