This is the only mix our family has used for years. Imo, it is delicious and hard to believe it's gluten free

We really enjoy these pancakes and I have a hard time telling that they're gluten free. We really like King Arthur products, in general. Lately, we've been hooked on their single-serving chocolate chip cookie cups.
Our whole (picky) family agrees that this is the best testing pancake mix, regardless of gluten content! 10 out of 10 for flavor and consistency.
