Both have lifetime warranties. Although it seems Kobalt is slowly getting pushed out by craftsman, so something to think about.
The Kobalt set is notched at the top to hang on a peg board with out having to have the special screwdriver holder or simply with a nail or hook.
The husky set has "Size identification markings" which IMO is worth the extra 4 dollars just to be able to grab the right size when you need it.
I'd lean more towards this set if i needed one.

Thanks OP!
Tried two Lowe's stores with more than 20 of the Kobalt sets in stock and couldn't find them at all, even having a manager go search for them; I'll be happy with the Husky one if I can find it.
