So I just got one of those HP all in ones with the AMD A6. $400 for the entire package (monitor, keyboard, mouse). Honestly I'm a little frustrated it's god awful slow. And I mean just for the web browser, it was meant to be a simple at home desktop. It's only 4 gb ram. I bought another 4gb and will add this weekend and hopefully that's enough to make it reasonable
A6 looks like only dual-core CPU, which is pretty bad. It doesn't have SMT either so only two threads. I mean you get what you pay for but even for that price it seems like they could have done better. I'd return if you still can..

RAM doesn't make your system faster unless it's memory constrained. You would benefit more from a SSD at the same cost (that is, if the AIO has a spinning HDD inside)

i5-9300, 1660ti, 512gb ssd, 8gb ram.....
I got 2 of these, the UP version in 25" that I need to rid of, after upgrading to a single 34".
