Here's hoping this works with my grandfather plan. Was waiting for the S20 and their prices to be announced but I don't want to spend $1,000 on a phone even though it looks amazing. $500 is a really great price on the 4 XL but should I get it or recommend other phones more?

Would like to know more. I have a Pixel 3XL and wonder if it is worth the upgrade. This was the first year that I didn't pre-order. I just didn't see a difference and a lot of the stuff is trickled down to the Pixel 3 line. I also really enjoy using the fingerprint reader. Many of my apps regarding money and banking use it and it's turned out to be a nice confidence booster.

Yeah. I'm thinking of trying to wait it out one more year. I usually like to update every year and half but this time I have a note 9 and it's still a beast. I honestly want a smaller phone but it's getting more difficult to find an amazing phone that's not huge if that makes sense.

I was soooo sure that I'd be getting a Pixel. Did a 180 once the specs leaked out. I could maybe make do with the 128gn model, but Tmo doesn't carry it. My current phone takes a microSD card (unlike the Pixels) which I use for pics and videos and even so, I'm using 60gb of the onboard memory. Nonexpandable 64 is a sad joke on a flagship phone.
