You should be fully tightening lugs with a torque wrench really.
Does anyone have a zip code that this is at their local store?
And as for suitability for removing lug nuts, there are definitely people who would disagree with you. I'm not one of them because I just don't know.
IMO, Impact Wrench OK to remove but -only- Hand Torque Wrench to install lug bolts.
It is too easy to make a mistake with otherwise. Nobody ever said "There I was, jacking on that hand wrench, daydreaming when I realized that I had got 'er up to 400 foot pounds and sheared the lugnut right off of that vehicle!'

So for my lug nuts which are ~ 140, I remove using speed 3. When installing back I hand tighthen, then use speed 1. Then final tightening is done with a Torque Wrench @ 140 ft - lbs
