It isn't too heavy. That said, the build quality is pretty poor. I had to completely rerun the rear brake cable and also took a while to true both wheels as wheels were in bad shape coming out of the box.
If you're comfortable light wrenching on a bike, you'll be fine

Great deal. Bought one for my 10 year old for $80 a couple years back.
It isn't too heavy. That said, the build quality is pretty poor. I had to completely rerun the rear brake cable and also took a while to true both wheels as wheels were in bad shape coming out of the box.

Did you have to use a spoke wrench to true the wheels? I grabbed one for my nephews birthday.
