The main difference is that the 2395 model has an ethernet adapter if you want to run a cable to your router. But both have USB and WiFi. The 2395 has touch screen controls while the 2390 does not. 2395 supports some scan to cloud features (e.g. Dropbox, OneDrive). Might be convenient and useful if you use those. 2395 prints up to 36 ppm while the 2390 prints up to 32 ppm which is not that drastic / minimal.
Edit: Also, 2395 has double the RAM Memory than that of the 2390: 128MB vs 64MB.
