So, I am taking Costco price (Costco already offering $110 off) and getting it matched at Discount Tires (they agreed to price match on email) and then apply for $150 off rebate.

Finally, I took Costco Print out of Checkout page and went to Discount Tire and got price matched and also got the BFG Rebate form (have instructions to fill rebate online).
So total Saving will be $150 (BFG Rebate) + $110 (Costco is running promotion)
Honda Accord tires are $600+, so with all these rebates, I got around $400. Great deal
