Great deal. I just bought this a week ago on ebay for $100. Wish I would have seen the future with this deal. Oh well, at least the ebay one came with 2 free wifi plugs.
Satin nickel is the closest to stainless you're going to find right? I thought for this model you have satin nickel, oil rubbed bronze and polished brass. Where do you see a stainless steel finish?
I am sure because I picked it up on eBay for $79 a few years ago and I have been using it with Smartthings every since. There were a couple of postings here at the time. That's how I found out about the price.
A few years?
No such $79 price on ebay since last year. I am monitoring ebay.
This deal is very good. Last time bought $100 , 3 years ago.
Can I assign new codes remotely from the app with this? Thinking about it for my AirBnB rental.
You would need to pair it with Samsung Smartthings or something like it. With Smartthings the easiest is use RBoy's APP and it's a cinch to set codes, single use, time limits, revoke codes, add codes. Even see when and what codes are used.
Can this be used to install on the garage entry or side patio door? I installed myIQ garage door opener but looking for a keypad or a smart lock to open via phone in case I misplace the key
Does anyone know if this has z-wave plus? I'm trying move any new devices I buy over as to avoid my z-wave network running in the original z-wave legacy mode. I know it's not a huge difference in performance, but I'm starting to collect alot of z-wave stuff, and I hear the new standard handles a large number of devices better.

Yes, with the use of a smart hub like Samsung SmartThings.
