2/25/2020 - Update - Price dropped to $29.31 at my local Sam's Club. I went to the Membership Desk and got a $10 plus Sales Tax refund.

Not entirely true. Yes it is on clearance. No it isn't the lowest it will go. They will continue to drop the price over time until it sells out or they send it to auction. Depends on inventory and such. I always wait for the second, third, or fourth clearance prices before buying...unless there's one or two left and i really want it.
Considering it was recently $44.31, that's obviously not true.
