Step 2: Go to your Alexa app on your phone--> Skills & Games-->Your Skills-->Coca-Cola - Coke Energy and Click on Settings
Step 3: Grant the skill access to your device address, name, etc.. Also make sure your address is configured under the following areas:
Settings-->Alexa on this phone-->Device Location
Devices-->Select the Alexa device to which you are speaking-->Under General, provide the device location.
Step 4: Say the following phrase to Alexa: "Alexa, tell Coke Energy to give me a sample"

What seemed to work was starting back from "Alexa, launch Coke Energy" (after having already given the permissions to the app), and then requesting a sample again. That time, it again had me confirm my address but then followed by saying my sample would be on the way.
Both were awful.

OP beat me to posting. Yep, I used the shopping app on my phone. Say Alexa give me a coke energy sample.
I did save the offer to my device or whatever the giant button says.
