EDIT : people were getting 224 from clicking the link I produced. It did the same for me but when I search manually I can located it again. I'm going to leave this link that does not directly link to the deal but the query that should help provide the price.
That is strange. When I click my own link I too see 224. But when I type M14 into the search it produces the price again: https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?d=m14
But order says it estimates to ship by Weds and that is with the 10 dollars shipping instead of Free so I might cancel. That being said I'll update the OP to include the search link. Thanks for pointing that out.
Most of the ones on Amazon have that. Plus 4k resolution
Please link the 4K monitors you found. I'm only seeing HD and FHD with the exception of one QHD model by Szoon. That model has a 25 Ms response time btw, absolutely unacceptable for ANY monitor in 2020. Your response time should never be over 10-12 ms at worst, especially since they're claiming it to be a "gaming" monitor.

Thanks for the links. Those are decent options if resolution and touch are key. For me, my only concern is most of those are 2x the price and up to 5x the weight. I carry a 3 year old laptop that's 3 lbs, I would definitely not accompany that with a 5 lbs monitor. The M14 is about 1 lbs which is at the top of my limit for mobile accessories for work.
Lenovo got it right with the weight and simplicity of the stand. Note it also has a little foot that folds down to help match your laptop screen height. The ones on Amazon with the flappy cases or kickstands look fine on their own, but are kind of a pain when you have limited space (ie traveling/hotel room desk) and are trying to position them for a dual monitor setup.
That said the Lenovo is kid of a one trick pony, if you want to use it with something other than a laptop, some of the other options give you more flexibility with hdmi etc.

This product is pretty decent, 1.3 lbs for the monitor and comes with a USB-C cable and a travel sleeve. The stand is very solid.
