Use the air fryer, bake function, toast several times a week and it has held up beautifully! Preheat is 1-2 min max. Make sure you don't unplug it after use because there is a small fan that cools down the oven for 30 min. Most reviews of premature failure are due to not following this rule. I keep mine plugged in all the time
The only cons I'd say is the interior is some sort of aluminum or steel that doesn't have an enamel so hard to clean if something splatters. Also bake time can be a little more than in a traditional oven.
When it worked, it worked quite well, if there was any complaint we had about it, it was that compared to our previous toaster oven (Breveille) it took much longer to cook things on the same setting as our oven, where the Breveille was a bit longer but not a lot longer. I think Ninja makes such a big deal about how fast their oven pre-heats, that the unit is probably not up to thermal equilibrium yet. It's crazy loud on air fry though, sounds like a jet engine in your kitchen
