Yep. They are a German brand. I have one of their 1250g club hammers, a splitting chisel and they also make ochsenkopf (ox head) axes. I have there larger model when it went on clearance at HD last year.

Yeah mm. 1" is 25.4mm and the tolerances for the 1" matches closely to that
