Cardcash [cardcash.com] has Target eGift Cards on sale up to 10% Off now 7.36%. Save an additional 5% w/ code PRESIDENTSDAY. Usually codes are received within 5 minutes.

NOTE on Cardcash: Buy only what you can use within 45 day guarantee window, these are are not recommended for gifting but are great for personal use.

But because of the nature of the gift card reseller market - if there is an issue, please send an email to [email protected]. CardCash buys gift cards from ordinary gift card owners who may choose to continue to use the card's value fraudulently. You should test the gift cards as soon as you receive them and consume or transfer the value (ability to do this will vary by merchant) soon after. CardCash offers a 45 day money back guarantee.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I know a lot of people on SD like to crap on Cardcash for their limited 45-day guarantee, but at least with Target gift cards you can apply and lock them into your account once you receive them.

Don't want to worry about the 45 day window?

Transfer the new card(s) balance(s) into another card in your target account. Easy breezy safe!

Others have argued that doesn't protect you from a chargeback or they could ban your online account...
Been debating getting more...but not sure if adding gift card to your account actually helps and protects you..
I usually stick with ordering books only from target when they have their buy2get1 deals. I ordered $600worth of cardcash target gcs with the last 12% off sale and used them all for the recent buy2get1. Only 1 $20 gift card had a zero balance and card cash provided a refund after a few days.. wouldnt need the gift cards until then so probably won't risk it with only 45 days available.

edit:

looking at reddit, the original gift card is NOT deactivated when you add it to your account...

With regards to voiding the original card, it seems like Target May have changed how they handled gift cards since the Reddit post 1 year ago. When I add cards to my account, Target now says I can throw away my card. Previously, as of about 3 months ago, I would still see individual cards listed under my account corresponding to the original physical cards.

It seems like this new behavior came about as they rolled out Target Circle. Still not clear if it protects against a chargeback.

You have to use all the gift within their warranty time, otherwise, your gift card balance might be gone or $0. It happened to me and card cash refused to refund.

i urge everyone who bought to check the balance right away. i usually dont buy gift card online after seeing so much complaint but due to holiday mood i did it just now and out of 4 $25 that i bought, one of it only has $9.90. I have to sent email to cardcash support with all details, not sure how they will resolve this for me. Not worth the saving for the hassle, next time i will pass unless the saving is like 25% and one high value card.

Ive lost over 3500 on HD HF and other cards mostly raise. There should be class action suits against all these resellers. Most I believe are inside fraud at the resellers themselves. They adopted the 45 guarantee to screw previous buyers who found a zero balance on a card they were saving to use. Only purchase whole dollar cards 50, 100 etc from paypal or Target or the real company. Even if its covered under 45 days, the hoops you have to jump thru negates a 10 or even 15% savings.

The only 7% cards are tiny amounts. Not worth the hassle/risk for the larger cards at only 10% total discount.

Just purchased three Target GC's through this deal. Two had zero balances. I looked up the gift card history and the card had been zeroed out on January 22nd. Cardcash has not verified their gift card balances since that time. I noticed the $20 and $25.00 gift cards seem to be the zeroed out balances more often but it could be just coincidence. Be sure to check the balance right away when you received it. I let CC know and waiting on my refund back to my account. Gonna be a few days but they tend to come through.

I got the Starbucks cards for 14%+ off! I like those also since you can lock them into your account. I've been burned from CardCash before, but I learned to use them before 45 days or lock them in your account. For double peace of mind I transferred the new card balance to my existing card.

Also search Starbucks international card. It has a higher percentage off than the regular Starbucks and works perfectly. Arrived in email in about a minute.
