For a minute I thought incorrect description and it's 1000 tshirts at $12. I was like, Wow. I'll repeat thank you tshirts at gym every day for rest of my life.
why? when you can get all you want at wallyworld. i have so many, i have started throwing them in the trash, my city will not recycle them and wallyworld no longer collects.

Because some people actually buy bags for their businesses and stealing 1000's of Walmart branded bags from Walmart looks extremely trashy and is a lot of work to save a $12 business expense?

not suggesting to steal and not sure why you assumed this was my intent. i am a consumer at wallyworld and end up with tons of bags that must be thrown away because no one wants to recycle.
if a business is willing to use another business's bags then i understand the reason for purchase.
good reason also good opportunity for those of us with tons of bags. next time in sam's i will speak with manager to see if a drop off for tons of useless bags no one is willing to recycle.

They also just announced that it won't be enforced... Until further notice
So no threat of going to jail if they find a plastic bag on you during a "stop and frisk"?
