I ordered one last week and received a really bad scratched up phone from a third party vendor. Had to go through the hassle of return. Not worth it unless they are listed as A grade or something.

Agreed mine had a small dent on the back but battery was good so kept it. I purchased a 2 XL a few weeks back that was listed as open box and was perfect.
