This thing seems ridiculous. Why buy this for just sausages when you can just use an electric griddle like a Foreman/etc (for cheaper) that can cook sausages aaaand a ton of other stuff? I mean, what is this like 10% more efficient at cooking sausages, with the formed inserts v.s. only being able to cook sausages.
I have one and this thing is amazing. I really enjoy brats and sausages and cook them often, so I guess if you don't plan to do that this isn't for you. Cooks everything perfect every single time, all with the click of a button.

Why buy a toothbrush when it can only clean one thing instead of a amazing Mr clean magic Erasure that can clean the surface of Anything? Because you can.
This has been posted a few times for $40 and reviews are great for a unitasker.
We eat sausages once or twice per month, so I'm happy with boiling then quick sear in the hot cast iron skillet that just grilled the onions and peppers. My family always wants the grilled stuff, so this device would only increase my effort.

Quick and Easy!
Best grill I have ever owned, I use it to grill all kinds of casing meats. Brats, kielbasa, hot dogs, polish sausage, chicken brats, bacon cheddar stuffed sausage links etc. As a heads up, try to use skinless sausage, the grill does not do well sausages in artificial casings. It really is pretty unlimited as to all the casing meat filled products you can use this thing for. Just be a little creative, if your food item is a little to long just trim off some, and place the trimmed end toward the drain end of the grill. Most meat filled casings have a natural curve to them. If your products don't, just bend them a little and they will work fine in this thing. Another nice feature is that these take about 13-15 minutes to finish cooking your choice of sausages, which means you can cook to a clock, and prepare other items to go with your sausages while you wait the 13-15 min. I paid full price and have no affiliation with the company at all.

I have never heard of toothbrushes only being able to clean one thing, nor using magic erasers on your teeth. You must live in an interesting world
R&D: Hey, we've got an idea for a stove top grill.
Board: Oh, like the George foreman. But hasn't that already been done?
R&D: Ours is different, you can't cook anything in it but sausages.
Board: That seems a little limiting, only hotdogs, kielbasa, and sausage.
R&D: No, ONLY sausage, and only a specific size sausage.
Board: Ok, we get it. A lower quality product we can give out promotionally to drive sausage sales.
R&D: It's lower quality, and not really an established product, but we still think it should cost more than the George foreman or Cuisinart.
Board: Well if you think so...just make sure not to include any features like temperature control and let's do it!
I'm mean I'm sure it does drive sausage sales. Cause if you pay this much for it you're going to feel a little dumb if you aren't constantly buying and eating sausage.
That being said I would avoid it just because of the DRM chip in the brats that prevents you from using generic brats instead of Johnsonville brats.
