"Human grade" in the product description is a term that, by definition, has nothing to do with the quality of the ingredients themselves but rather their storage and handling. In fact according to the USDSA's definition, once any ingredient (ex. organ, back, neck) is purchased by a pet food manufacturer it is no longer considered human "edible." This fish version gives my dogs runny and super stinky poo. And farts too.
Be warned.

This stuff is interesting, I don't think I've ever even heard of it before. I assume with 10 lbs of dehydrated flakes, it has to be quite a few days worth of food, after you add the water? Roughly how many 1 cup servings would it be?

One 10lb box of their food makes 80 half-cup servings or about 40 pounds of fresh food.

My Ridgeback does not have that reaction to this. But she also eats deer and rabbit poop along with dead worms after it rains.
