Buydig has no reviews on any of these. The fact that they are refurbished tells me they have failed at least once.

I bought the refurb 18" Snow Joe in 2016 directly from SnowJoe.com (it was SJ623E model). The motor died mid-way through the season and the warranty ran out a week before Frown. And I only used it on my rear porch, so nothing extreme there. Called Snow Joe hoping for replacement but the refurb warranty was clearly stated as 90 days and the replacement motor costs exactly $80 + shipping. So all I have left is a tons of junk mail from them along with 18" doorstop at my shed. Thanks but no thanks.

Normally I would agree about the Refurbs, but isn't that why it comes with the 2 year warranty?

Had the 18 inch 15 amp model and it failed to move 7 inches of wet heavy snow. Everyone else around me had gas powered stage 2 blowers and were fine. Obviously apple and oranges but I think if the snow was drier it would have moved it fine but did not do well with wet snow.

For the one asking for a review let me help.

Living in Minnesota this thing is terrible, I've had two where the belt has slipped in 4 and 5 inches of wetter snow. SnowJoe asked me to take it apart and fix and provided instructions how...problem I had with that was it was my first time using it, ever, and it broke. They replaced after I had to repackage it myself (they paid shipping). 2nd the same exact thing happened and I got sick of dealing with their poor customer service and now it sits in my garage useless. Never again will I use any of their products.

Just a heads up, I got this from the last deal and the warranty is only 90 days after registering. BuyDig said it was an error and wanted me to send back the whole thing or accept $15: luckily it looks like you can just buy an extended warranty, which I'd recommend since my scraper bar wasn't secured all the way and got shredded in the blower.

I got this in the last deal from buydig and ended up returning. The warranty was questionable also since I couldn't find a serial number on the machine.

This was selling new for this price on Amazon. I would check if its still available. I have this and it can't do more than maybe 2-3 inches of snow. I ended up buying a gas powered snowblower on sale this year

Fwiw, I purchased the 18" hybrid version last year, as a refurb, directly from Snow Joe, and also purchased the two year extended warranty through Snow Joe. Upon arrival it had a slightly damaged plastic fender. Snow Joe sent me a new set of fenders which arrived within a week. I use it to clear concrete walkways on my property. If snow is wet/heavy, or expected to accumulate more than a couple/few inches, I clear it with the machine a couple times during snowfall. For my large unpaved alleyway, I use a dual stage gas snowblower to clear it efficiently in cases where city snowplow hasn't done it by the time I need to use the alleyway. I live in Northern Wisconsin. For my purposes, I am extremely happy I have it. It operates differently than a gas 2 stage blower, but is quite efficient and time saving for me.
