Be aware these super cheap VPN packages are often heavily throttled and have questionable reliability / privacy practices.

I've had good luck with Windscribe. My needs are pretty basic, but you can try them for free so not much to lose. Going pro (paid) gives you more servers, bandwidth, and features. Their apps are improving all the time and since I've started using them over three years ago, they've not disappointed yet. More servers, more features (e.g., ad blocking), and generally seems reliable and on point.

I've also read good things about Mullvad VPN, though I don't have direct experience. They're going to provide Firefox servers for Firefox VPN when it launches (currently in invite-only beta stage). Firefox/Mozilla is an organization I trust, so if they're using Mullvad, I presume they must be decent. I'll be keeping an eye on both of these, should Windscribe ever go away or fail to meet my needs.

I got this already. I don't use it much, but when I do, it always comes through sufficient enough for my needs. I don't use it for torrenting, mainly for public wifi.

I think it's a good one. Bought it just now. At $15 it's a steal. Checked the speed with Indian server. It's giving me 48 Mbps download speed. My original bandwidth is 56 Mbps from the USA. 😂😁

I bought a lifetime subscription years ago. I use them with VPN Unlimited and have no issues with their connections. I even us them for torrenting, but they don't have many torrent servers. Great deal.
