The best way to remove odors from a car and sterilize it. Stick it in your car for an hour with the windows rolled up and the vent blowing on recirculate. Done. Don't be inside. You'll die sooner than later.

Identical, the ones we have came from an eBay seller and mostly use in apartments between tenants... but, have used in vehicles, basements, crawl spaces, etc. When finished, the area smells like the air after a lightning storm.

I've got a different brand that I bought on Amazon two years ago to remove the smell of cat urine that my ex wife left behind. It worked extremely well, and I still use it from time to time to remove odors from the house and cars.

That said, the brand I bought looks like a rebadge of this one. Not sure if it's the same unit or not, but regardless of that, make sure there's replacement plates available. My unit was rated for 40,000 hours. I got maybe 300 hours out of it before needing to replace the plate.

I bought an ozone generator a few years ago and it worked decently well. They eventually run out of ozone produced and capabilities though right? Do they sell refills or do you just have to buy a new machine
