Great price for the 247 which is also a great looking shoe. However, they're the equivalent to an NMD and Roshe. Just a good looking shoe with absolutely no support and barely any cushioning. Again, great price for them but I'd rather spend the extra money for a better shoe as my body gets older.
Thanks for the info. Based on photos it looks like most of the shoe (247) is just a thin layer of mesh from toe box up to underneath laces, with just small cushioning behind the ankle that doesn't rise up high enough for extra stability.. which is what I would need for flat feet.

What kind of shoe would you recommend for support? I'm coming off an ankle surgery and need wide shoes. I use NB composite shoes at work but I'm looking for something NB outside of work thanks.

Brooks Adrenaline. Brooks Beast. Saucony Hurricane. Ascics Kayano. Adidas Ultra Boost ST (stability). You can get the brooks, saucony, and asics in wide. The Ultra Boost ST might only be in medium width but the toe box is wider than regular Ultra Boost. I know this because I personally wear the Ultra Boost ST to work out in. If you know your size you can usually find the best deals at https://www.runningwarehouse.com/ . I'd also suggest going to your local jack rabbit or DSG and trying on some shoes.
