It's a veteran owned startup. They offer some of the best optics for the money.
Funny enough that's exactly how I got my first Riton,was from Woot.
Still haven't mounted it but other than being extremely heavy (it is an IR model but even so the weight is substantial enough that my first thought in handling it was the ATN "night vision"optics).
However, the overall build quality does seem much better than other scopes in the "bottom tier" more specifically the BSAs, Simmons and the "brandless" imports that uses the word tactical at least 3 times in the model and brand alone
