Arent realistically usable 5g networks in US still like 10 years off? Feels like marketing hype at the moment.

I have a busted note 8 on its last leg. Screen starting to flicker and I need a phone....but dont want to pay att high prices. This is 750 at the att store.

Any other alternatives to this? (galaxy only)
