Yes if you want a quick top up battery pack to carry around this will work but for most recent phones you will not even get a full phone charge from this.
At most you will get between 2300mah and 2600mah worth of charge from this considering between 70 and 80% efficiency.
10,000 mah packs are routinely under $10 so unless you are specifically looking for a very small battery backup, this is not a deal

A lot of people want something they can easily put in their pocket. 10k mah even the smallest ones are still too clunky if youre not carrying a back pack or purse. And 3k mah will be just fine unless youre gaming for a long time with an old phone.

also unrelated, ive discovered the 10k batteries feel the same size as a phone in your pocket, so ive forgotten my phone before since it feels like its already in my pocket. Weird phenomena.
