They are decent. It's just a normal picture under a sheet of plastic or glass that's mounted on the wood panel.
No it's not, it's a regular photo that has adhesive put on the back and then it's heat pressed onto the board. There's a 50/50 chance it will start to peel after awhile too.
I just picked up two of these from the last deal. They had either a glass or plastic sheet over the picture.
Just order it for a later date
