Now through March 12, 2020, Alaska Airlines will suspend change and cancellation fees for new flight bookings for our guests who later decide not to travel because of concerns related to the virus.

If you book a flight prior to March 12, and then decide by that date to change or cancel your trip, you'll receive full travel credit to fly later on – up to one year from the issuance of the credit. Fare differences may apply. Visit alaskair.com for further details, where flyers can also use our self-service tool to manage their travel.

If you booked prior to Feb 27 and your travel is between March 9, 2020 - April 30, 2020, you might have an option.

If you purchased a nonrefundable First Class, main, or award ticket for travel through April 30, 2020, you may:
1) Change your trip without a fee. New travel must be completed by February 28, 2021. A fare difference may apply to your new itinerary.
2) Cancel your trip without a fee and deposit the funds into My Account wallet or receive a credit certificate for future travel.

I booked Feb 11th for a flight after April 30th, so I'm in a weird hole where my travel doesn't apply. Plus I booked using a companion fare code, which stands to get lost.
