Just a note that a lot of these Kemco games require a lot of extra access to personal info on the Xbox for reasons that are not explained in their terms. I haven't started these up yet so I'm not sure what these games do, but something to watch out for.

No you do not. Only Xbox 360/original Xbox games are tied to the account. Xbox One games tie to the membership.

I just "Obtain"ed it. You have to stay on the Japanese site, don't allow it to change to the USA site. Also, be sure to logged in with an account that has Gold.

Looks like it's also PC compatible. I was given the option to install to PC after completing the purchase.
