Is Verizon Up only available for post-paid customers?

That's okay, no worries.

I use Verizon Prepaid & I'm not able to see Verizon Up at all... That's why I was asking.

Yea me too I think maybe because I redeemed my point yesterday for a $5 Starbucks card, I wonder if I would've left it and not redeemed that point maybe it would've been more either way I'm happy three dollar Amazon gift card is better than nothing
Yesterday was the last day to redeem under the old system, so good thing you did. That point would no longer be available today. I think why some get bigger rewards or better ones is due to how much they spend a month (multiple lines for instance). This is my observation, so I would love someone to comment on this.

I have 5 lines on my account and used to always see the $5 offers while someone else I know who has 3 lines would get $3 for same offers. But with new system, I have $3 amazon or Starbucks, no $5 offers.

Seems Verzion Up works per Account instead per line? Or I am missing anything?

Whereas T-Mobile Tuesday works per line.

The credit part yes. The freebie offers can be claimed per line.

I have 5 lines, I claimed on one account, when I try on another line, I get following message.

"Monthly reward was claimed for this account. Ask the account manager to claim another one next week."

Sorry, didn't realize that section had an actual name for it. "Bonus Rewards" can be claimed on each line. Those that do not require credit/monthly reward.
