The offer is on my wife's platinum card, but I didn't have it on mine. The offer expires June 2, 2020.

I tried this offer last December but the app did not work, even though the gas station advertised it. I asked the attendant and he said it wasn't set up yet. I pumped $25 anyway and asked CS rep if I could have the $10. In past years, Amex gave you whatever you asked for but not anymore. I wish they just gave you $5 off $25 to pump at the gas like they used to.

I had the same problem, at 1 station it wasn't set up and at another it just kept having errors. Not worth the hassle imo.

I used it on my card last year and it worked. There's a newer BP station near me.

Another despite the sign above the pump, they weren't setup. It was a new converted to BP station.

I have several AMEX cards w/the offer loaded.
Can I load the $25 payment before I get gas (multiple cards) then use it to pay (like Starbucks) or do I have to wait until I get gas? TIA

i.e. I can get the Starbucks offer by reloading within the Starbucks app with each card.
