if you havent used one before then this explains why you dont understand how to redeem and store gets reimbursed
This is the first time seeing a "coupon" like this.
The consumer keeps the receipt.
Any time I redeemed a coupon for a free item, I always received a receipt so I can walk out of the store with proof that it was paid for (even though it was free),
but usually I also purchased other items at the same time, so I require the receipt.
The store only had to show sufficient stock to cover the amount of "coupons' received to get reimbursed, and they do not have to fill out anything.
Seems like Zignature is making the retailer jump through hoops to get their money back!
Sorry MichaelS7661, none of this was your fault!!!

No worries! They have done these several times this year so seen them often from their brands (zignature, essence). Helps keep cost down on feeding a 125lb rescue pup, so have used them often. Lol

I don't know why, but something about it doesn't look right.
Retailer Instructions: Return this form, and original purchase receipt...
Shouldn't the consumer be responsible for doing this?
