These Swiss mechanical automatic (self-winding) watches feature a stainless steel case, leather band and are water resistant to 50 m (165 feet). Refer to the forum thread for additional deal ideas and discussion. -Corwin
CALVIN KLEIN Watch brand is owned by the Swatch Group, who owns ETA. This watch with its 2824 movement has been noted as one of the best Swiss watch deals available.
I own this watch in Black w/leather band which I got 2 weeks ago on the prior Ashford deal. I got it for $124.99 as Ashford was generating random "roulette" coupons at the time. A few observations:
This is new old stock. My watch was manufactured in 2016 but was unused and unopened.
The band, although leather, is sketchy but serviceable; it should last a year or 2. The butterfly clasp is of very good quality.
It is a 42MM and works fine on my 7.5" wrist
I took it to my watch repairman and the watch dial, rotor (which says Calvin Klein on it) and crown (same w/CK on it) can all be replaced because of the ETA 2824-2 standard automatic movement. To buy the parts on ebay and having him do it would have been over $250 (Omega Seamaster Homage dial) so I passed.
I priced it last week at Passion Hour, which is the Swatch Group-owned outlet stores around the US. They are selling it for $375
For me, this is a perfect instrument for the first-time automatic watch buyer. It's a small investment; probably the most bullet proof automatic movement on the planet and good looking if you have a average sized wrist. Ok, it says Calvin Klein on it-I can live with that. It's an absolute bargain.

Nice! As the previous poster stated as much, I don't think I've seen a watch with this movement at this price before. This was a very nice deal at $150 the last time it was posted.
It's a killer watch at this price point: sapphire crystal, 2824 movement (which you'll find in watches >$1000), and generally quality. I have one I got six months ago. Only two complaints:
It wears a little bigger than 42mm. I would love it if it was 39 or 40
Calvin Klein brand is not cool, but whatever

Yes. 42 kills it for me, though for what is largely a fashion brand (despite great intervals) I guess it's no surprise. Still, killer deal!

Good deal for that movement / sapphire crystal though for those that don't mind the CK logo.
