  1. Install Amazon Alexa App (Android or iOS) or Google Assistant App (Android or iOS)
  2. Once you installed Alexa App, go to Account "Activity" then select "Link Account".
    • Note, For Google Assistant App, skip to Step 9
  3. You'll be Re-directed to Send Me a Sample Website to Register
  4. Register an account and follow the on-screen prompts, at the final screen click agree then hit submit
  5. On the following screen select "Link Account"
  6. Your Account is now linked.
  7. Be sure to Confirm your email to activate your account
  8. You are now ready to order your free sample.
  9. From Amazon Alexa, Say the exact words "Send Me A Sample", Reply "Persil"
    • For Google Assistant, once installed say those exact words above where you will be re-directed to link your account, follow on-screen demands to complete process.
    • Once it is done, Say "Talk to Send Me A Sample" again then say "Persil"
  10. Your order will be placed

Steps:
  1. Register here [sendmeasample.net] if you haven't used Send Me A Sample before w/ Alexa.
  2. Install the Alexa app (Android [google.com] or iOS [apple.com])
  3. Link your Send Me A Sample account to the app
  4. Tell Alexa "Send Me A Sample". Reply "Persil"
  5. Order history can be checked here [sendmeasample.net].

Also, instead of saying, "Persil", I first asked Alexa what samples were available and she responded that there were no campaigns running at this time and samples were available. She said to check back soon. So I then launched the skill again, saying "Alexa, send me a sample", and responding, "Persil" when she asked which sample and it worked.

So my question is....how do you know which samples are available? How did you know to post this?

Btw, I appreciate this post bc I had no idea about this skill,

Just saw this on a freebie list today, and to clarify, it is available via Google Home/Nest as well. (There's also other info below.)

Just tell it "Talk to Send Me A Sample" (or say "Ask" instead of "Talk to") and follow the directions to link your account, then sign-up with them (Alexa will make you do that, too), then ask for the Persil sample.

SUPPOSEDLY the only offer with "Send Me A Sample" right now is Persil, but they promise to send you info on future offers if you request it.

If you have both Alexa and a Google Home/Nest, can you get 2 samples or do you need 2 separate send me a sample accounts?

Hopefully it's like the Amazon Truck Deals where they give you a handful of samples when you go to their truck.

Random Amazon Truck story: One time they were supposed to give a sample of a workout drink and ended up giving me a full case worth ~$35.

Had to make a new account, confirmed via email (sent in under 5 minutes), asked Alexa via phone app using stated format. Success.
