Existing Relay customers will be provided an expanded site license with campus-wide access through the end of June 2020. If you qualify for this offer, your TechSmith account executive will be in contact shortly with further details. Video Review customers will have threshold limits removed, and this is happening automatically.

That is correct. It doesn't show any way to get it free.
Are their older versions of programs neutered versions or full versions? Any experience?
