Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

AFAIK, you will need the phone to insert sim to complete activation. SIM and IMEI should match what's in their system for the line to work.
I don't mind if I can't use this line.
Lines 3,4,5 are free, and you get a 300 GC, so I would rather order 5 lines.
Just want to make sure I can activate/portin the line online without the need to physically add the sim to the correct device.

There is link to their 4-in-1 Sim in the Wiki I posted, but for easy reference: https://www.sprint.com/mysprint/s...ndent=true [sprint.com]

You can get free overnight shipping just by changing the shipping option.
Additional info: although that item is shown as for Apple 11 blah blah, it's the same (4 different SIMs) kit that Best Buy sells, and works for many phones.

Check out PDANet if you're using Android. I've been pretty happy with it.

They even give you an extended return period so you can actually try it out.
Nah. I am on iPhone.

So the kickstart plan provides unlimited high-speed data but no hotspot?

do you have to bring all 5 lines over at once or can you do one at a time?

Anybody know if I can bring over a phone that hasn't been fully paid off yet and go for the $35 a month plan? Currently on xfinity (verizon) and they are offering unlimited data for free- at least for the next few months if you have their internet. Means my bill is only the monthly phone cost and i don't wanna mess that up.

I want the $35 plan, $300 mastercard, and for Sprint to pay the $400 remainder on my s10e. And yes, I'm aware the s20 is only free through the $60 a month plan, but as a new customer port-in, I think Sprint pays off current phone plans.

I got all the way through to the checkout page after adding my device information to the page with address and ss# info ...submitted and got an error saying I needed to call in to finish setting up my account. I didn't even get to the number porting page. Anybody else have this issue?

Currently with Sprint - can I port out to T-Mobile (not able to find the digital prepaid SIM if anyone can provide any details) or Mint (3 month $30 as I was told that 3 month plan is minimum to start with)and then port back in with the offer? Please suggest.

Check Sprint BYOD Checker, if it says your device is eligible then you are good to jump on Sprint Deal.

Usually means you have an old Sprint account and they wanna verify you. They may want you to go to their corporate store and bring a couple of ID's. Problem is most corporate store are closed. They may suggest Best Buy for ID verification but guys there said they don't do it.

As long as Visible has not re-assigned your phone number, you can port it out to Sprint, doesn't cost anything. During the ordering process, you have the option to enter your Visible phone number, acct#, PIN, and Sprint will take care of the porting process. I did mine on Saturday when I already had the Sprint SIM on-hand, the number got ported to Sprint right away and Visible sent me an email saying "Sorry to see you go. Goodbye".

Visible is not going to re-assign number for atleast 30-90 days, to allow you to go back and pay and reactivate account.
Wonder if this would apply to a suspended Mint# the same? I think they have a 60 day window to reinstate service.

I was porting over to Sprint $100 Amazon deal the last day of my Mint service, the ports didn't complete and when I was on chat trying to make it go through the $300 banner showed up, so I stopped, and cancelled the order. Which meant my Mint #'s (which I need) went to suspended state.

Would really like to not have to pay $75 to Mint for each line to reactivate, just in order to port over to Sprint.

EDIT: And both of you repped for the useful Visible info as well. Have a few expired #'s there that I could use towards a 2nd run at this deal. And a few more active visible #'s that I'm falling back on and using while I sort out my mint issue this week.
That visible deal was pretty good. $20 for a month of service, free phone, and now free # parking for a couple of months (so as to recycle the # later) with the same free e6 going to sprint lol. . .Thanks, and please get back on your thoughts about suspended Mint #'s . . .

That's what I thought... After the error, I went through the non-credit check link and was able to checkout... now just hoping TCB $80 posts. Thanks!
