This is probably my favorite all-purpose light when working in buildings. I love my m18 rocket, but it can be a hassle when moving a lot. This light has a STRONG built-in clamp that can clamp on to 2x4's, doors, ledges, panels, and everything else. If that still doesn't work for you just use the oversized magnets and slap it to a piece of metal. The head swivels for maximum usability.
I've also dropped mine off a 20' lift and watched it bounce. The rubber on the face had a split, but no broken parts or stress fractures in the plastic. Just the perfect light for a job site.

All that said, these were $80 not to long ago and the light is normally $99. That $250 is way overinflated. Guess it just depends on if you really want a battery.
This light new (bare tool) on ebay is selling for $50-80 just FYI.

Hmm cheapest I can find it for on ebay is $96. I don't need the battery or charger, I'd get maybe $50-60 bucks for battery and $15 for the charger on offerup or craigslist...not sure if I'll bite or not. Maybe I'll wait till cheaper ones show up on ebay because $70 or less would be a no-brainer for me

Use only the part number in the eBay search bar. I sorted by most recent sold to get an idea for how much they're selling for.

I've had this light for a couple years and it has taken a beating. It is now starting to flicker when the head is rotated. Might see if Milwaukee will do anything about it. But this light is the best one they have IMO
