I've had one for about 2 years ($20), and I absolutely love it. I'm 6'3", and the rain head is high enough to provide a great "rainfall" feel. I regularly use at least 3 of the 5 settings.

Only 1.75 gpm with a non-removable flow restrictor.

I'll stick with the 2.5 gpm shower head I got on Amazon for around the same price, where they advertise how easy the flow restrictor is able to be removed.

A 5 minute shower at 2.5 gpm uses less water than a 10 minute shower at 1.5 gpm while saving you 5 minutes to boot.

Thank you sir. I never thought about it this way. Now I can tell my wife to hurry her slow butt up.

Note CA code needs 2.1 gpm or lower on shower heads. Edit: 2.0 gpm is correct

That's a definite no. A should be 5 mins. Will end up 30 mins. I'm leaving it PG.
