I'm still so mad at myself for not getting this chair when it was $54. I saw the post, but though "eh, I have an ok chair.". Now my chair is a piece of shit and I can't find a decent chair at less than $100.

I think you should go into an office depot and try them all out. My opinion when i sat in all of them was that they were all good and similar to me except the 12000. The 12000 was definitely better than all the others for me and was amazing. 1000, 4000, and 9000 were more similar in comfort and support and 12000 was definitely a cut above in comfort and support. Just my subjective opinion

Funny enough, my chair was just delivered now as well. It was delivered in an Office Depot truck so perhaps they are shipping them out from local stores/warehouses.

I have this chair for over a year but the base no longer keeps the seat in place when I sit. Can someone please give me the number to file a warranty claim from the documentation that came with the chair? The manufacturer website is terribly designed with no contact info.

Ordered yesterday and got the shipping notification today as well, also have the "customer pickup" I'm in Los Angeles.


Edit: was just delivered in a white box truck. Guy said it was from office Depot.

Nope, I'm in Texas. I wonder if they're picking up the product from local office depot stores or warehouses.

I ordered Sunday 6:45pm Eastern. Said est. 2 weeks to ship
Got email (I think yesterday) that it shipped, I don't think the tracking number told me much of anything, had an expected 3/24 delivery date
It did say "customer pickup"
Guy delivered it to my house at ~ 10:30am today. crazy
Oh - and I am in Central Ohio just to mention it

PS - He made me sign for it with my own pen because of the Corona virus. He specifically asked me to use my own pen and said that was why. Actually makes sense. I don't want to derail into a conversation about that, just thought I would mention it.

Anyway - bought from Lenova through Perks at Work, $170 price pre tax, ~ 36 hours delivery. I'll take it
