I have been looking at these quite a bit for the last couple of weeks and yeah, this looks like a good value... heated seat, heated water, multiple adjustments, self cleaning, heated air dry for $200 is probably the best value I have seen for a well known brand from a well known store. These things jump up in price FAST when you add features beyond the basics, and I don't know of another bidet with all of main features you want for $200 that is available right now.
The next closest deal for a known brand from a reputable store that I know of is this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UCIOWRM , and that is from the Amazon Warehouse for ~$60 more (or $80 more for me because of military discount from Lowes that I can't get from Amazon). I am hoping that it isn't actually used, rather that the outer packaging was damaged in shipping which is what the warehouse description sounds like. If it is actually previously used it is going right back to Amazon lol.
I ordered it from Amazon yesterday and am expecting it tomorrow. I was considering cancelling my Amazon order for this one from Lowes, but I figure I will check it out because 1) the Toto C100 SW2034 adds premist to keep the bowl clean, 2) Toto is supposedly the best brand to buy from an implementation, quality and reliability standpoint, and 3) the Toto includes a deodorizer that according to reviews is very effective which might be worth every penny for the downstairs restroom close to common areas. I am still considering going with this one from Lowes though... $80 is a pretty big difference for features that can be solved for with 1) a toilet brush and 3) a candle or air wick plugin . As for 2) Bio Bidet seems to be another well known decent quality brand. Also, the Lowes model has a nightlight that the C100 doesn't have which sounds like a great feature (you have to go with Toto's TOTL S550 >$1k model to get a light, that's CRAZY)... now I am starting to second guess myself again :/.
The other typical recent slickdeals for what look like decent models are the BioBidet 6800 for ~$200 or the Bio Bidet BB-2000 for ~$400, but neither of those are available right now and this is kind of a time sensitive thing if you are low on TP given current conditions. Given all of the options I have researched, if all of these were available right now I would jump on the BB-2000 for $400 given it looks awesome and it does ALL of the things, but it ain't available for that price right now .
Thank you Nurgle in our time of need

They should lower the price even more so that more people can buy this which will finally get them to stop posting the toilet paper puns on FB every few minutes!

Not true unless they recently changed it. Bought many things that were online only from Lowe's
