This is most likely a utility subsidized price and not clearance. $6.88 here where we have no subsidies and $3.88 across the state line where that utility does. Walmart clearance usually ends in 0 as in $2.90 etc...

I think this is being clearanced only in the walmart neighborhood markets and none near me have them in stock.

It was $1.88 yesterday, I bought all of them for my new place. They had 9 packages.

Bought 20 of these for rentals. At least half have "dimmed" or flicker within 6 months. Absolute waste of money.
