I cancelled my kid's subscription two years ago with email confirmation. I have been charged twice over the past two years for a year membership including on a new credit card number (since VISA and Mastercard just pass new card information along). I had to file chargebacks on both and won both, but it is still ridiculous that this happens.

It's a very popular education platform for young children. My 4 and 7 year old love it. Lots of interactive content.
